Linda received her first real estate license when she was 18 years old in Poughkeepsie, NY. She knew that she had found her true love.  Having left Lake George, NY for a warmer climate, she has lived in Sarasota County since 1995.  After living here for over 35 years, Linda has a knowledge of the neighborhoods, communities, changes, along with new events and requirements.  Being a boater in the area, she knows and understands waterfront as well as new construction and the many growing areas in Venice, Northport, Wellen Park, with the many established desirable communities.

      Along with achieving a Masters in Science, Linda has been active with helping young adults and children with Disabilities. Due to her love of animals Linda supports The Wildlife Center of SW Florida.

     Linda has an Afghan hound named Xander who just may be slightly spoiled. She often jokes that when she is not helping clients and friends find and sell homes, she is serving her Prince (Xander).
